My early years were spent on a family farm in New England-growing and preserving our food using simple timeless methods and ingredients. Most of what we ate was grown and preserved with our own hands.
When I became allergic to most commercial soaps, I started making my own, using simple ingredients and traditional methods.
Many family farms & orchards still exist today-and I am lucky enough to never be more than a mile away from fresh flowers & produce (in season, of course!)
